Q - Do you do different levels of
Services, depending on how clean or dirty my carpets are? |

A - Yes, We do. There's the Bronze
Star Service which is a freshen up for Customers who have their
carpets cleaned regularly. There's the Silver Star Service which is
a very good clean for getting spots and stains out, then there's the
Gold Star Service which is for more heavily soiled carpets, plus you
have a stain shield protector put on. |

Q - Do you move furniture? |
|
A - Yes we move furniture that is not
too heavy to move. |

Q - What is the drying time for
carpets? |
|
A - The carpets are left touch dry and
take 2-3 hours to be totally dry. |
